Dear Team,

The holiday season is a wonderful opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate all that this year has brought us – the challenges we’ve overcome, the successes we’ve achieved, and the special moments that made it all worthwhile. It’s also a time to remind ourselves how much unity, trust, and shared values truly matter.

What makes us unique as a company is our diversity. Each of us brings our own traditions, customs, and stories – and together, that creates something truly special.

This year, we’d love to share some of our favorite holiday traditions with you, along with our go-to Christmas movies. Maybe they’ll inspire you during this festive season!

And of course, we’d love to hear about your traditions too – what makes the holidays special for you?

Alberto Nobis

Tradition: Eating lots of Panettone 😉

Favorite Movie: Not a movie, but definitely worth experiencing at Christmas – Frank Sinatra’s classic music.

Kerstin Kamphaus

Tradition: My daughter insists on this every year: getting a large tree in a wheelbarrow from the supermarket parking lot with the family and then decorating it together.

Favorite Movie: Three Wishes for Cinderella – the Czech version with its wonderful music.

Michael Eckelsberger

Tradition: I’m already looking forward to attending Christ Mette with my children. Sharing this special Christmas Mass together means a lot to us.

Favorite Movie: Scrooged with Bill Murray

Colin Denman

Tradition: When the children were young, we each had a Christmas stocking with small presents to open before breakfast, and the dog had a walk. After breakfast, we opened the other presents one at a time to see what everyone received. We’ll keep this tradition even if our kids aren’t with us – and probably add a glass of champagne 😉

Favorite Movie: The Holiday – though it’s really my wife’s all-time favorite.

Thomas Jäger

Tradition: We organize our own Family Christmas Market at home. Everyone runs a different booth and is a visitor at the same time. We’ve been doing this for more than 15 years now – it’s so much fun!

Favorite Movie: Arthur Christmas

Mani Herold

Tradition: no specific tradition, but this year spending christmas under palm trees.

Favorite Movie: I am happy to disclose that my wife will insist on (and I will submit to) watching all 3 episodes of “Sissi” for the 25th time.

Martin Neese

Tradition: Instead of cutting down a tree every year, we have two man-tall Christmas trees made from pinecones that we reuse annually. Each year, 20–50 pinecones need to be reattached – a true labor of love!

Favorite Movie: Three Wishes for Cinderella (1971)

Niko Davids

Tradition: Traditional Finnish Christmas dinner on the 25th of December, that my family is preparing since ever in the always same manner (Roasted ham, Rutabaga casserole, salad of beetroot, potatoes and apple, Herring salad).

Favorite Movie: Home Alone 😉 – a must-see every Christmas!

And finally, from all of us in the Executive Team:

As we look back on 2025, we want to take a moment to say thank you – for your dedication, your creativity, and the incredible teamwork that made this year so special. Together, we’ve faced challenges, celebrated successes, and created moments that truly define who we are as a company.

Now it’s time to pause, recharge, and enjoy what matters most: time with family, friends, and loved ones. We wish you a joyful Christmas, wonderful holidays, and a great start into the new year. May 2026 brings you health, happiness, and new opportunities to shine.

Enjoy the well-deserved break!

Warm regards,
Your Executive Team

Qué voy a hacerle, soy feliz." Quote Pablo Neruda - Oda al día feliz
