We are facing a real paradigm shift: With the move into our New Home, the Fleetyard, we are not only saying goodbye to Nagelsweg, but also to a working world that, for many years, was shaped by fixed structures, assigned desks, and little room for genuine exchange.
Until now, the fixed workplace was the space where nearly every task was completed – often with limited opportunities for encounters, spontaneous conversations, or flexible collaboration in larger teams.
The Fleetyard therefore not only creates suitable working environments for different activities, but also better conditions for making more conscious use of the times we spend together on site. How exactly this activity-based working functions and what added value it will create in our daily routines is explained by Manu from the project team in a short video:
With the Fleetyard, we are creating a working environment that offers us more flexibility, more exchange, and more opportunities for collaboration. At the same time, there is room to continue developing the new concept together and bring it to life. We are looking forward to discovering the building and the new way of working step by step with you – and to shaping a modern, future-proof working environment together.
