We are facing a real paradigm shift: With the move into our New Home, the Fleetyard, we are not only saying goodbye to Nagelsweg, but also to a working world that, for many years, was shaped by fixed structures, assigned desks, and little room for genuine exchange.
Until now, the fixed workplace was the space where nearly every task was completed – often with limited opportunities for encounters, spontaneous conversations, or flexible collaboration in larger teams.
Our working world is changing – and so are we
In the Fleetyard, we will shape our work environment according to the principle of Activity Based Working. This means: We are moving away from static workplaces and gaining a variety of new possibilities. Instead of a fixed desk, we will in the future choose the work environment that best matches the task at hand – supported by defined areas for teams.
