What are your tasks?
I am one of three receptionists at VTG.
The tasks are very varied, e.g. taking external calls and distributing them around the building, also internal calls from our colleagues e.g. questions about the allocation of conference rooms, visitor registrations, cab orders etc. My duties also include ordering beverages such as coffee and milk for the conference rooms and the VTG café and the associated invoice processing. Creating the access cards for the new colleagues in Times 3010.
What are the challenges in your workday?
Getting everything under one roof and coordinating everything together in terms of time.
Your coolest project or experience at VTG so far:
That I was taken on by VTG on January 01, 2021.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I love the outdoors, being outside with my dog “Abby”, who has also been to VTG a few times.
On vacation, my husband and I like to go hiking in the mountains and then, in the warmer months, there’s our campground.
Who should introduce themselves next in the ON-Track?
Andreas Papen
