What are your tasks at VTG?

• Accompany the journey to the North Star

• Inspire colleagues to engage with new issues and ways of encountering them.

• Ensuring transparency in projects – i.e. having a good and comprehensible overview of everything that is happening and will happen at VTG

What are challenges in your daily work?

Learning the vocabulary of VTG while trying to carefully introduce changes, such as the way projects are managed.

Your coolest project or experience at VTG so far:

Professionally, my start at VTG began in parallel with the X-Matrix sessions. In these sessions, we went to each division and asked in a structured way what goals the divisions had in relation to the North Star and what projects were to be used to achieve them. In this way, I was able to get to know many colleagues and topics directly.

And we weren’t promised too much for the wagon training either! It was very impressive for me to stand on the track and get to know the wagons on site together with the colleagues. In addition to the technology and know-how, we were able to experience the weather conditions on the track – first cold and then merciless sun…

Another highlight with my team: organizing a nice BBQ together, where we could get to know each other better!

What do you do when you’re not working?

Family! I have two small children (1.5 and 3 years old), which means a lot of playing, reading, hiking, crafts and cleaning up. I am also passionate about playing squash.
