49 of those honored today completed their training with top grades at companies in the Hannover Chamber of Industry and Commerce area.
“Today we have honored the performance elite of vocational training and thus also the best ambassadors for dual training and the high quality of training in our region,” said Maike Bielfeldt, Chief Executive Officer of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
From Waggonbau Graaff GmbH, Frederic Christian Fernandez Lürman was honored as the state’s best in the occupational field of construction mechanic.
“Mr. Fernandez showed potential early on in his training. The intensive support he received during his apprenticeship and his very good grades at school resulted in the opportunity to shorten the apprenticeship period from three and a half years to three years. Mr. Fernandez not only delivered good grades, but also completed the company run-through with consistently positive feedback from the departments, so that they ended up courting the future skilled worker.
“We will keep Mr. Fernandez’s commitment and good performance, as well as the good support he received during his training, in mind and use them equally as good resolutions for the ‘future’,” reports Lars Magerhans.
The trainees were honored in Hanover in November 2022.
