Once November rolls around, the new PEP! participants will gather for their first training at the conference hotel. After an intense selection process, 15 of the 20 aspiring project managers, experts and managers who had been nominated for the program have ultimately received the green light. Now they will go through a development program that will last almost two years and include six mandatory two-day modules, such as on personality development and “new ways of working”. On the other hand, each of the employees that was not selected to participate in the PEP! program will receive a personalized development plan so that they, too, can continue to develop.
